“How much caffeine is too much caffeine?” is one of the persisting, mind-boggling questions of the current generation. For a generation that is constantly running to catch up on the list of events that require beyond the existing twenty-four hours in a day, a shot of caffeine comes in handy to act as a boost of energy to proceed towards their respective plans. It is, in fact, the little measures that one can take daily that gradually create a significant change that can provide a greener and cleaner world.

Even though the disposable coffee cups might feel disturbing to those genuinely aware of what it does to the environment, it is highly impossible to stay away from the commonly cherished coffee. The added benefits that caffeine intake can bring are only seen as the advantages that a beverage that tastes so great ends up giving. Some of them are:

Some of these may not be clinically proven, but they largely depend on how one prefers to take their caffeine dose. There are considerable variations in which coffee is now brewed. There are hot and cold versions. With and without milk, milk brought to a frothy texture, adding caramel, cocoa and other ingredients that go well with the taste of coffee are experimented with and incorporated into famous coffees. Each component adds or minuses the benefits of caffeine. It is left to the consumer to choose what he/she decides to put into their bodies.
