Then, add salt, chilly powder, turmeric, & curry leaves and a little bit of vinegar (for taste) mix it. And then add the fried jerky or beef into it and mix it and keep it on flame for 5 minutes, if you want gravy then add water also and boil, then cool it and preserve it in a sealed airtight glass jar.
